Centic’s Web3 Engagement is designed to redefine how businesses interact with their communities and customers in the Web3 space. It encompasses two critical aspects: Community Management and Customer Engagement.
Community Management is about fostering strong relationships with your audience. Centic offers tools to personalize messages and incentives, which not only strengthen bonds but also reduce churn rates. By linking Web2 and Web3 audience communication, Centic ensures that users are engaged throughout their entire journey, creating a seamless experience across different platforms.
Meanwhile, Customer Engagement focuses on targeting prospective customers and increasing the frequency of engagement. Centic’s approach allows for more meaningful interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and connected to your brand. Additionally, Centic helps you create new reward approaches that offer exclusive experiences (Loyalty Point), going beyond traditional incentive models to truly captivate your audience.
Web3 Projects/Organizations can rank and group crypto wallet addresses to identify their potential users. For instance, Wallet’s Loyalty Point to a token T (i.e., wallet T-Loyal) evaluates the loyalty of holders to the token T, showing the trust and reputation of the holder in the community. A holder who owns many tokens over a long period will have a high reputation.
Beyond assessing the reputation of wallets tied to a specific token, this model considers how wallets interact with products within a project’s ecosystem, revealing different levels of user activeness. After a very long time of research, Centic applies the PageRank Algorithm to evaluate the loyal level of an entity inside an ecosystem.
PageRank Algorithm is a tool for ranking web pages on Google Search based on the number and quality of links pointing to them. It plays a key role in helping Google deliver qualified results. Therefore, Centic leverages this algorithm to more precisely evaluate entities’ reputations in a project’s ecosystem.
Within our constructed Knowledge Graphs, Web3 entities are connected through relationships and interactions. The PageRank Algorithm takes these connections into account, contributing to a comprehensive ranking of entities.
